With an easy to understand approach, this course is designed to move beyond passive reporting and into real actionable insights for your website. Through a structured process, you will learn how to implement a measurement strategy that drives real performance.
We will identify the different options available to implement Google Analytics, as well as considerations around event tracking, goal creation and advanced data capture. This will allow you to clearly establish what information is gathered and how it will be utilised through analysis. From here, we will develop a dashboard to cater for the most important metrics and delve further to discover what opportunities may exist and how to implement a repeatable web analytics process.
